Our modellers resize rings, move stone seats and thicken shanks on any library piece, or build a new model from your sketch or photo. Every job is quoted before work starts.
Questions jewellers ask
Which file formats do I get?
Each product page lists its formats, usually STL and Rhino (3DM), often with OBJ or STEP. One purchase gives you every format listed.
Can I cast and sell the jewellery I make?
Yes. The licence lets you cast, print and sell the physical pieces you make from the model. You may not resell or share the model file itself. The extended licence covers multiple benches or production at scale.
How do I receive my files?
As soon as payment is confirmed the model appears under My downloads in your account, and you can download it again at any time. Nothing is shipped.
How do I pay?
Checkout is in shekels through our Israeli payment provider. You enter card details on their secure page, never on ours, and a tax invoice is emailed to you.
Can I get a refund?
Files are delivered instantly, so purchases are final once a download has started. If a file is faulty or doesn't match its product page, we replace it or refund you.
Can you adjust a model to my stone or ring size?
Yes. Open a request from any model page or from Custom work. A modeller quotes the change before any work starts, and adjustments to a model you own cost far less than a new one.
