Digital Product & Delivery Policy

Digital products only — nothing is shipped

Unless a listing explicitly states otherwise, you are buying downloadable files, not a physical object. There is no shipping, no postage and no delivery address. You will not receive anything in the post.

How you receive your files

As soon as your payment is confirmed, your files become available to download. You can download them immediately from the order confirmation screen and at any time afterwards from your account, under your purchases.

We also send an order confirmation email with a link back to your downloads. Delivery is normally instant; at busy times it may take a few minutes for a purchase to appear in your account.

What is included

Each product page lists the exact formats, the license, and what the download contains before you buy. Jewellery models are supplied cast-ready or print-ready as stated on the listing. Check the formats section on the page to confirm the files suit your workflow.

Re-downloading your purchases

Purchased files stay in your account so you can download them again if you lose the local copy or change computers. We keep them available for as long as you hold an account with us and, where relevant, for the duration of the license.

Software you need

STL files open in standard slicer and CAD software (for example your 3D-printer slicer, or jewellery CAD such as Matrix, RhinoGold or ZBrush). We do not supply this software. Owning a model does not include design or manufacturing services unless bought separately as custom work.

If a download fails

If a file will not download or open, contact support@goldtree.co.il with your order reference. We will re-issue the download or replace a faulty file. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for when a purchase can be refunded.

Membership downloads

Membership includes a set number of model downloads per billing period, as described on the pricing page. Downloads taken under an active membership are delivered the same way — instantly, to your account.
